- Service Engagement: ExpatWills acts as a facilitator and consultant for Will registration in the UAE. We connect clients with licensed legal partners for drafting and official registration.
- No Legal Advice: While we provide guidance on Will registration processes (DIFC, ADJD), ExpatWills is not a law firm. All formal legal advice and document drafting are conducted by our network of accredited UAE legal partners.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their assets and residency. ExpatWills is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed or incorrect information.
- Registration Fees: All fees paid for administrative and facilitation services are clearly outlined before engagement. Government registration fees (DIFC/ADJD) are separate and subject to current UAE regulations.
- Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Information is only shared with authorized legal partners and government bodies for the purpose of Will registration.
- Limitation of Liability: ExpatWills shall not be held liable for changes in UAE law that may occur after the registration of a Will. We recommend regular reviews of your Will to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
